Yaron Prywes is an organizational consultant and partnerl with C Global Consulting, LLC. He has extensive applied and research experience in organizational development with specialized interests in leadership, conflict resolution, and change. Yaron co-authored The Nature of Leadership, a leadership self-help book published by American Management Association. He has created an online leadership self-assessment, webinar, and training program based on the book's leadership model. Yaron has also been invited as a leadership expert on numerous radio talk shows in Chicago, Phoenix, and Memphis.
In addition, Yaron has led and facilitated conflict resolution training programs in international organizations and education institutes including the United Nations, Columbia University's International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution, and the Washington International School. He has also facilitated and participated in interethnic peace building programs at Bosnia & Herzegovina's International Educators for Peace Institute, New York City's Friends Seminary and Washington Irving high schools, and the School for International Training's Middle East Peace and Conflict program in Jordan, Israel, and the Palestinian Territories. In September 2007, his chapter "Greenprints for Peacebuilding" was published in a text called, Beyond Bullets and Bombs.
Yaron's change consultation experience includes coaching and conducting role analyses for senior executives, teambuilding with intact groups, and providing organization-wide change consultation. Recently he evaluated the implementation of a coaching initiative for a New York City law firm, and facilitated structural realignment for the corporate headquarters of a financial services company. Clients include Tuesday's Children, Teacher's College Human Resources, Sherman & Sterling, and Ameriprise Financial.
Previously, he taught high school science in inner-city Oakland, California. He was also a state certified Emergency Medical Technician for six years in New Jersey and Michigan. Yaron earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan specializing in Middle Eastern politics, and holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Currently he is pursuing a doctoral degree in Social-Organizational Psychology at Columbia University and resides in New York City.
